You begin your study on this pathway with the Graduate Certificate in Applied AI Leadership, which teaches you the fundamentals of conventional business leadership and the strategy and application of AI and data analytics. Then you progress to the Graduate Diploma to more deeply explore emerging technologies and digital leadership, as well as gain essential business acumen in decision-making, finances, and marketing.
Finally, you progress to the Master of Business Administration (Applied AI Leadership) where you put all your learned skills into practice with an Applied Capstone Project. You also have the opportunity to further specialise your study
with three elective units.

Entry Requirements
At AIM Business School, our Master of Business Administration (Applied AI Leadership)offers the most experienced managers entry options. Enter with:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant management experience or;
Alternatively, for managers who do not have a completed undergraduate degree, you can enter the MBA+ by starting at the Graduate Certificate of Management with:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma and three (3) years of management experience or;
- No formal tertiary qualification but five years (5) of relevant management experience.
In addition, you must:
- Meet English Requirements; and
- Have access to a computer and internet connection that meet Technology Requirements
You’ll be able to build towards your Master of Business Administration while gaining two additional qualifications along the way, providing you with a strong foundation for success. This approach not only enhances your professional credentials but also equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape, ensuring that you are fully prepared to lead and excel in any management role.

This allows you to study anywhere, at any time, from whichever device you prefer, and frees you from commuting to and attending classes that absorb large blocks of your day. It also enables you to study in the way that best suits your learning needs, whether that means engaging in short sessions throughout the week or allocating a single day of study.
Our course content is deliberately made for online study, rather than adapted from a traditional in class curriculum. We utilise a variety of video, written, and interactive media for your study tasks and the vast majority are shorter than 20 minutes. This makes studying in short sessions very achievable, while also helping you stay focused and engaged during longer periods of study.
Every unit across all AIM Business School higher education programs follow the same uniform 7-week layout where all study tasks and the expected time to complete them is clearly displayed. This helps you organise your schedule and consistently fit study into it. Additionally, with intakes every month, the 7-week schedule means that you can focus your study on a single unit at a time and still complete as many as six units each year so you can graduate faster.
Course Fee
AIM Business School charges individual unit fees, which are payable prior to the commencement of that unit or 14 days after the invoice is generated.
Payment of fees may be made by:
- cheque,
- credit card or
- application for FEE-HELP, a government loan given to eligible students to help pay part or all of their tuition fees.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer
Students who can provide evidence of previous study at a similar AQF level or demonstrable equivalent experience, may on application, be provided with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Credit Transfer for up to 50% of a respective course. All applications for exemption or RPL will be assessed on an individual basis.For students seeking RPL based on experience only, an assessment fee applies per unit for successful applications.
