Postgraduate Education Designed for Working Professionals

AIM Business School offers a range of accredited postgraduate qualifications and courses, delivered online to suit the needs of working professionals of all industries and seniority levels. From 7-week Postgraduate Microcredentials to our range of specialised Graduate Certificates, our courses are diverse in both complexity and content.

To enable those who wish to pursue the highest level of qualification, AIM Business School offers an articulation pathway that provides people without existing academic experience the ability to attain a Master of Business Administration, and earn additional qualifications as they work towards this goal.

Postgraduate Microcredentials

Our online courses include Postgraduate Microcredentials, which are certifications of assessed competency in high-demand skillsets and knowledge areas. Built from the individual units of our leading MBA program and delivered online over 7 weeks, they provide the same premier education experience, learning outcomes, and industry recognition as a full qualification, but without the long-term commitment.

Our expanding portfolio of Postgraduate Microcredentials explores essential business areas and emerging functions, from the process of developing and implementing strategy to how Agile project management practices are defining the future of business operations.

Graduate Certificates

AIM Business School also offers an extensive range of Graduate Certificates. They provide the precise academic knowledge and training needed for your career success, no matter what function or industry you work in. These are all Level 8 qualifications according to the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), which places them one level higher in complexity than a bachelor’s degree.

With entry possible based purely on your management experience, our Graduate Certificates are the usual first step in the MBA Pathway, empowering you with deep expertise in your chosen area.

FAQ

Are all your courses fully online?

Yes. All AIM Business School postgraduate courses are delivered fully online, which gives you the flexibility to study anywhere, anytime. Access unit content, webinars, and assessments through our virtual learning platform, myABS, which also connects you with faculty and peers through forums and live chat.

Are all your courses accredited?

Yes. AIM Business School is accredited by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Our Graduate Certificates and MBA programs are recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), meaning they meet national higher education standards. Our Postgraduate Microcredentials are drawn from these accredited qualifications and carry the same academic rigour and recognition.

What postgraduate courses can I study at AIM Business School?

We offer a portfolio of online postgraduate courses, including Postgraduate Microcredentials, Graduate Certificates, the Graduate Diploma in Management, and the MBA. Each option provides a pathway to higher qualifications, so you can start small and build towards a master’s degree as your career and study needs evolve.

Do I need a bachelor’s degree to enrol in postgraduate study?

Not necessarily. Entry requirements vary by course, but many AIM Business School postgraduate courses accept management experience in place of formal qualifications. For example, you can begin with a Graduate Certificate based on your professional background and progress towards the MBA without a prior degree.

How long do postgraduate courses take to complete?

Duration depends on the course. Postgraduate Microcredentials are delivered in 7-week blocks, for instance, while our Graduate Certificates typically take around 8 months of part-time study to complete. The MBA pathway can be completed in approximately two years part-time, but flexible pacing allows you to move faster or slower depending on your commitments.

Can I access FEE-HELP for postgraduate study?

Yes. Most AIM Business School postgraduate courses are FEE-HELP eligible, meaning eligible students can defer part or all of their tuition fees. Our advisors can provide guidance on your options and eligibility.

What support will I receive as a postgraduate student?

Every student is paired with a Success Coach who provides one-on-one guidance throughout each unit. You’ll also have access to online resources, live webinars, peer forums, and dedicated student support services to help you stay on track.
