Martin is the CEO and Managing Director of Scentia, guiding the growth of AIM, AIM Business School, ACHW, and IECL. He is passionate about helping people and organisations unlock their potential through education.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across major Australian companies, Martin has led businesses through growth and transformation in sectors ranging from the Internet to digital services. He brings a strong commitment to innovation, people development and building lasting impact through learning.

 
Jessica Houston, Chief Education Officer Future Skills

Jessica Houston

Chief Operating Officer,
Consumer Solutions

Jess Houston is Chief Operating Officer, Customer Solutions, leading academic delivery and student engagement across Scentia's consumer education portfolio, including AIM short courses, vocational training, ACHW and AIM Business School. She drives strategy and student journey design to deliver relevant, impactful learning experiences. 

With more than 15 years' experience in senior finance and operations roles across education, manufacturing and financial services, Jess is a Certified Practising Accountant and Associate Member of the Future Skills Organization.

 

Warren Creighton

Warren is Chief Financial Officer at Scentia, leading financial strategy and partnering with the board, executive team, and private equity to drive growth and manage risk. He oversees planning, capital management, and commercial operations, ensuring clarity in decision-making.

With nearly 20 years in the education sector, including roles at PwC and Study Group, Warren brings deep industry insight and commercial acumen. He holds formal qualifications in finance and accounting, grounding his leadership in strong technical expertise.

Aliki Voukelatos is Head of Regulatory Compliance at Scentia, leading risk management and quality assurance across Higher and Vocational Education. She ensures alignment with TEQSA and ASQA standards, driving continuous improvement and strong governance.

With over a decade of experience in compliance across domestic and international education sectors, Aliki brings deep expertise in institutional performance. She supports the organisation with high-quality outcomes.
