Women in Leadership Scholarship
The Women in Leadership Scholarship supports the professional development of current and emerging Australian female leaders.
Successful applicants will receive a $500 tuition reduction for every unit of study from their higher education program, worth up to a total of $6,000.
Scholarship recipients will also receive immediate access to the Women Leaders: Own Your Success short course presented by AIM.
Key Selection Criteria
Successful applicants for the Women in Leadership scholarship will be awarded based on the following criteria:
- Past Success: the applicant’s previous experience developing their professional talents and creating a positive impact for others
- Present Contribution: the applicant’s current contributions to their organisation or community that demonstrates the ability to lead
- Future Trajectory: the applicant’s desire and drive to advance their career, build responsibility, and support the development of the next generation of leaders

Australian Leaders Scholarship
AIM Business School created the Australian Leaders Scholarship to provide development opportunities individuals who have recently experienced complications that negatively impact their professional lives.
To qualify for this scholarship, students must meet the existing entry criteria plus one additional year of management experience. They must also be able to demonstrate recent hardship with negative impact.
Examples of this impact include, but are not limited to:
- Reduction in work hours, salary or earning potential
- Loss of employment
- Negative impact on business turnover
- Increased uncertainty within the industry in which you work
Successful applicants will receive a $500 tuition reduction for every unit of study from their higher education program, worth up to a total of $6,000.

Regional Australians Scholarship
AIM Business School has developed the Regional Australians Scholarship to develop the business capabilities of regionally based leaders and managers to support the growth of Australia’s essential regional economies.
Successful applicants will receive a $500 tuition reduction for every unit of study from their higher education program, worth up to a total of $6,000.
Key Selection Criteria
This scholarship is available for applicants who contribute to Australia’s regional economy, which can be demonstrated through:
- Living within a regional or remote postcode based on an RRMA classification of 3 to 7
- Working for a regionally headquartered Australian business based on RRMA classification of 3 to 7

Future Leaders Scholarship
The Future Leaders Scholarship seeks to assist young and ambitious Australians in becoming the next generation of inspirational business leaders.
Successful applicants will receive a $500 tuition reduction for every unit of study from their higher education program, worth up to a total of $6,000.
Key Selection Criteria
Applicants to the Future Leaders Scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 35 or younger
- Has completed an undergraduate degree or higher OR
- Can demonstrate sincere and significant commitment to professional development and has at least 6 years of management experience

Indigenous Excellence Scholarship
The Indigenous Excellence Scholarship is designed for Indigenous Australians who have stood out in academic or professional fields and are motivated to further their business careers.
Successful applicants will receive a $500 tuition reduction for every unit of study from their higher education program, worth up to a total of $6,000.
Key Selection Criteria
Applicants to the Indigenous Excellence Scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Be a First Nations Australian citizen
- Has completed an undergraduate degree or higher OR
- Can demonstrate outstanding achievement in a relevant professional role with at least 5 years of management experience
