In 2019, Australia had the world’s 5th highest average salary for MBA graduates at A$141,000. MBA graduates can expect a salary increase of over 25% directly following the completion of their MBA and worldwide have earned 27% more at a senior level, 38% more at an executive level and 68% more at the C-suite level than their counterparts without an MBA.

What are the major subjects in the MBA?
The MBA+ at AIM includes 12 units comprising of 9 core topics and 3 electives. The core topic areas include: Leading, Managing and Developing People; Managing Financial Resources; Marketing for Managers; Managing Operational Improvement; Managing, Developing and Implementing Strategy; Economics for Managers; Business Decision Making and Analysis; Business Research Methods; Corporate Strategy and Responsibility.
In addition, students will complete 3 electives of their choice or major in a focus subject area.
