Unit Description
Artificial intelligence has moved from experimental technology to a core strategic concern for boards and executive teams. This unit equips managers, leaders and professionals with the strategic and governance capability required to set direction for AI within an organisation, establish appropriate oversight structures, and lead responsibly through a period of rapid technological change. It is designed for individuals who will be accountable for AI strategy and governance, whether as board members, executives or senior managers, and for those who advise or report to them.
