Unit Description
The fourth industrial revolution is ushering in a period of unprecedented global transformation, and the economic environment it creates is digital and increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence. A global survey of more than 4,000 business executives revealed that only 9% of organisational leaders feel their senior staff have the skills to transition successfully into the digital economy. This unit equips managers, leaders and professionals with the critical understanding and practical knowledge required to inform decision making on digital strategy, transformation and operations, including the strategic use of AI alongside other emerging technologies, and is particularly valuable for those from non-technical backgrounds who lead digital and AI-enabled teams.
