Feedback and Complaints Process

ABS welcomes feedback from students. Students’ feedback can be provided directly to the facilitators, the Academic Dean or when feedback forms are issued by facilitators at the end of a unit or the full program.

ABS considers grievances and complaints to be serious and urgent matters. The first step of the complaints process is to attempt where possible to resolve a grievance via informal resolution with the relevant person(s) (e.g., a facilitator, another student) or section/department (e.g., Student Support) involved. If the grievance is not resolved informally students may lodge a formal complaint in writing. Please see the Student Grievances and Complaints Policy and Procedure for further information on how to lodge a complaint and for details on the ABS complaint resolution process.

Staff can lodge a complaint by referring to the Staff Grievance and Complaints Policy and Procedure.
