Summary

Where project leaders and team members learn how to effectively and efficiently manage projects from concept to completion and integrate project frameworks into the operations of their organisation.

Faculty description

The success and failure of organisations hinges on the regular completion of projects, big and small, which is why Project Management is an essential internal capability for businesses to develop and possess.

The Faculty of Project Management is dedicated to providing Australia’s workforce with the latest tools and techniques that have been proven to achieve high-quality results at every stage of the project lifecycle. Across a range of Short Courses, Vocational Qualifications, and Higher Education programs, you will explore the role of the project leader, study proven methodologies, and learn the theory and practice of Agile.
