Summary

Where staff leaders and managers gain the tools and techniques to create effective training programs and promote a culture that values and enables development at all levels.

Faculty description

Industry 4.0 has disrupted all industries in a myriad of ways, and the evolution of new technologies is growing at an exponential rate, driving the need for continuous and impactful upskilling. Given this fact, for many organisations it is imperative to have an in-built coaching or training program that is able to provide development for its staff members.

As AIM knows all too well, though, training is a complex role that requires dedication and learning itself. This is where the Faculty of Training comes in, which is equipped with a series of programs that provide individuals with the skills to effectively and reliably transfer theoretical knowledge into practical ability.
