Jo has spent the last twenty years coaching and leading programs that focus on building authentic leadership capabilities. She is dedicated to helping leaders develop the confidence, courage and clarity to successfully lead at all levels.

As a facilitator and coach Jo has worked with many of Australia’s top 100 companies, government agencies and not for profit organisations to develop relevant, practical and useable tools that increase leadership skills and develop positive behaviours that ensure success, harness untapped potential and promote the unique contributions of senior leaders.
